Team Indiana,
Our Training Camp is scheduled for Saturday
June 19th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. We will meet at North Central
High School in Indianapolis (1801 E. 86th Street) on the north side
of town. The school is on 86th Street, just west of Keystone Ave
Come prepared and dressed to practice that morning. We will have
lunch after practice and then meet and get info on everything you
need to know for the Games (as much as we know at this point).
The morning practice session and lunch will be just for Team Indiana
participants. Parents and County Coordinators are welcome to join
us for the afternoon information session starting at approximately
1:00 p.m. There are two malls in close proximity as well as Broad
Ripple Village and numerous places to eat for the those not part of
Team Indiana to visit while we practice and have lunch.
We will go over Flight information, Schedules,
Housing, Laundry, Family information, Uniforms, Blog, Equipment,
Team Indiana Policies…etc.
This is a
mandatory
meeting for Team Indiana members. If you are unable to attend for
some reason, please call me and inform me of the reason you will be
missing.

When: Saturday February 6
th from 10:00 am – 3:30 pm (Indianapolis time)Where: The Marten House 1801 W. 86
th St. Indianapolis (map attached).This is the same location as the State Conference.
Who: All Team Indiana members, Athletes, Partners, Coaches, Support Staff. Parents are welcome to sit in also.
Please be sure that all of the participants from your county attends this mandatory meeting. Important information will be given out, athletes and partners will meet with their coaches, we will obtain uniform sizes, take pictures for credentials and complete any missing information from the attached registration forms. Lunch (pizza) will be provided.
This meeting is taking place at the same location as the State Conference but is not considered part of the conference. Athletes, Partners, Coaches, Support Staff do NOT need to register for the State Conference to attend the National Games Meeting. However, if any of those individuals are attending the State Conference on Friday, they still MUST register for that portion.
All athletes (or athletes’ parent/guardian) must complete the athlete release and have the medical completed. I know many will have a current Indiana medical form, but we must submit a signed medical on the National Games form. They will not accept our form.
All coaches, partners and staff (or parent/guardian) must complete the Delegate, Coach, Partner registration form and release from. You do not need to attach a passport photo, we will take this at the meeting.

June 4th, 2010. Walk in at Team Indiana at Summer Games in 2010.
June 19th: Team Indiana Meeting and Practices in Indy.
